Time for a Break

Over the past two weeks my hits have dwindled to nearly nothing, mostly due to a combination of my not doing much to promote traffic and my less than reliable posting schedule.  I apologize to the few loyal readers out there, but the past couple of weeks have been kind of hectic.  You see, I’m getting married this Saturday to a wonderful woman who I’ve been dating for over 8 years.  Planning and executing a wedding is no small task and it’s taken away from what I want to do with this blog.

After the wedding my new bride and I will be off to the Bahamas for our honeymoon.  I don’t plan on spending any significant amount of time online during that time and while I could have written a bunch of stuff to have it auto-post while I was gone – it would be stale and un-updated.  So I’ve decided to take a leave of absence if you will.  I’ll be back later this month to refocus my efforts and attempt to bring this thing back from the dead.  College basketball will be upon us and hopefully it will be much easier to keep content rolling consistently.

Wish me luck on my marriage and I look forward to writing again soon.
